Ir. H. Agus Ambo Djiwa, M.P. (born August 17, 1966) is the incumbent regent of Pasangkayu who resumed office in 2015. Before serving as regent, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Regional People's Representative Council of Mamuju Utara (2005) and became Deputy Regent of Mamuju Utara from 2005-2010, partnering with Abdullah Rasyid. In the 2010 regional election, he was elected as the Regent of Mamuju Utara pairing with Muhammad Saal for the term 2010-2015. Subsequently, in the election on December 9, 2015, Agus Ambo Djiwa was re-elected alongside Muhammad Saal for the term 2015-2020. In the legislative election for the term 2024-2029, Agus Ambo Djiwa was elected as a member of the People's Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) for West Sulawesi through the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP).
