Ahmad Muzani (born July 15, 1968[1]) is a businessman and politician from Indonesia from the Great Indonesia Movement Party (Gerindra) who currently serves as the Chairman of the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia for the 2024-2029 term. Previously, Muzani served as the Vice Chairman of the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia for the terms 2018-2019 and 2019-2024. Additionally, Muzani has served as a council member for four consecutive terms, namely from the 2009-2014, 2014-2019, 2019-2024, and 2024-2029 terms. Since the 2012-2024 term, he has also been the Chairman of the Gerindra Faction in the DPR-RI after serving as the Vice Chairman of the Faction for the previous 3 years.
