Andre Rosiade (born November 7, 1978) is a manufacturing entrepreneur and politician from Gerindra Party who has served as a member of DPR-RI since 2019. He also serves as the Chairman of the Gerindra Party's DPD in West Sumatra. In the 2024 Presidential Election, he is the Chairman of the Regional Campaign Team (TKD) for Prabowo-Gibran in West Sumatra. During the campaign for the 2019 Presidential Election, he was the spokesperson for National Winning Body (BPN) Prabowo-Sandi. In the 2019 legislative election, Andre successfully was elected as a member of DPR-RI for the electoral district of West Sumatra I. As the spokesperson for the BPN Prabowo-Sandi, Andre benefited from the coat-tail effect from Prabowo-Sandi's candidacy. Andre also felt that his image was elevated because the 2019 election was held simultaneously. In his first year in office, he sparked national controversy by raiding sex workers in a sting operation for publicity. Andre Rosiade was born in Padang City, West Sumatra on November 7, 1978, to a Minangkabau family. He is the son of Yanziwar Ade from Kamang Hilia, Agam Regency, and Rosita Yurnetty from Aur Gading, Limo Koto, Koto VII, Sijunjung, Sijunjung Regency. His parents worked as civil servants. He spent his childhood and completed his primary and secondary education in his hometown before continuing his higher education in Jakarta. He graduated from Yos Sudarso Elementary School in Padang (1985–1991), Yos Sudarso Junior High School in Padang (1991–1994), and SMA Negeri 2 Padang (1994–1997).
