Benny Utama (born September 1, 1961) is a politician of the Golongan Karya Party (Golkar) who serves as a Member of the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR-RI) for the 2024–2029 period for the electoral district of West Sumatra II. He was the Regent of Pasaman for 2 terms, namely 2010–2015 and 2021–2023. Together with his deputy, Sabar A.S., they successfully won the 2020 Pasaman regency election.
