Bob Andika Mamana Sitepu (born October 11, 1982) is an Indonesian politician who serves as a member of DPR-RI for the period 2019–2024. He represents the electoral district of North Sumatra III, which includes Langkat Regency, Karo Regency, Simalungun Regency, Asahan Regency, Dairi Regency, Pakpak Bharat Regency, Batubara Regency, Pematangsiantar City, Tanjungbalai City, and Binjai City.
