Elpisina (born August 8, 1972) is an Indonesian politician and entrepreneur who serves as a member of DPR-RI representing the electoral district of Jambi. She is currently also the Chairperson of DPW PKB of Jambi Province. In the 2024 Indonesian legislative election, she ran as a candidate for the DPR RI in the electoral district of Jambi, declared elected by receiving 63,261 votes and was inaugurated as a Member of the People's Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia for the 2024–2029 term. Elpisina served as a Member of DPRD Batang Hari Regency (2009–2014), Deputy Chair of DPRD Batang Hari Regency (2014–2019), Member of DPRD Jambi Province (2019–2024), and Member of DPR-RI (2024–2029).
