Guntur Sasono (born July 2, 1946) is a member of the DPR RI for five terms since 2004 from the Democratic Party representing East Java VIII for the regions of Jombang, Nganjuk, Madiun Regency, Mojokerto City, Madiun City, and Mojokerto Regency. Guntur Sasono serves on the Commission I of the Ministry of Defense of Indonesia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia, and the Ministry of Communication and Informatics of Indonesia. He is an alumnus of the Military Academy in Magelang and 17 August 1945 University Surabaya for a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and a Master's degree in Public Administration.
