Kartika Sandra Desi or KSD (born September 26, 1978) is an Indonesian politician born in Bayung Lencir, Musi Banyuasin. She is an alumna of Sjakhyakirti University. She was elected twice as a member of DPRD South Sumatra from the electoral district Musi Banyuasin. She served as the Deputy Chair of the DPRD of South Sumatra from 2014 to 2024. She is the Chair of the DPD Gerindra Party of South Sumatra. With extensive experience in business and politics, she began her career as the Director of CV Raksa (2003–2014) and then served as Commissioner of PT Bintang Raksa Karsyatanzia (2011–2014). Her political career began when she was elected as a Member of the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD (2014–2018). Her dedication and leadership led her to be promoted as the Deputy Chair of the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD for the 2018–2024 period. In 2024, she stepped onto the national political stage by being elected as a Member of the Indonesian House of Representatives Gerindra Faction representing the electoral district South Sumatra I.
