Muhammad Rifqinizamy Karsayuda (born November 6, 1982) is a politician and academic from Indonesia. He has been a member of the DPR-RI since 2019. He currently serves as the Chairman of Commission II of the DPR-RI, which oversees internal government affairs, land & spatial planning, state apparatus, elections, and the Capital City of Nusantara. Rifqi is a member of the DPR RI for the 2024-2029 period from the NasDem Party. Previously, in the 2019-2024 period, he was a member of the DPR RI from the PDI Perjuangan. He is a native politician from Banjar Pahuluan, a sub-ethnic group of the Banjar tribe in South Kalimantan. Rifqi is the Presidium of the National Assembly of the Alumni Corps of the Islamic Student Association (KAHMI) for the period 2022-2027.
