Dr. H. Muhammad Kadafi, S.H., M.H. (born October 8, 1983) is a Member of the Indonesian House of Representatives for the 2019 - 2024 period.[1][2] He comes from the electoral district of Lampung I, which includes South Lampung, Bandar Lampung City, Pesawaran, Tanggamus, Pringsewu, West Lampung, West Coast, and Metro City. In addition, he is also known as the Chairman of Kadin Lampung and Former Rector of Malahayati University Bandar Lampung and President Director of PT. Bintang Amin Husada-RSPBA. Since 2007, Kadafi began working as a lecturer at Malahayati University. While teaching, he continued his studies, later obtaining a Master of Law degree from the Postgraduate Program at Lampung University, Bandar Lampung, in 2009. Kadafi then continued his doctoral studies in the field of Law at Diponegoro University and earned his doctorate in 2015. He successfully defended his dissertation during the doctoral promotion exam at Undip Campus on February 27, 2015. His research titled “Reconstruction of Land Policy Based on Legal Pluralism” discusses issues of land ownership rights in Greater Aceh after the 2004 tsunami. A legal pluralism approach is offered by Kadafi in resolving land dispute issues in Greater Aceh, especially following the disaster of the 2004 tsunami. Source: Wikipedia
