Mukhlis Basri (born February 24, 1964) is an Indonesian politician who currently serves as a member of the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia representing the Lampung I electoral district since 2019. He is the sibling of the Regent of West Lampung for the 2017-2022 period, Hi.Parosil Mabsus. He has also served as the Regent of West Lampung for two terms from 2007-2012 and 2012-2017 and as Vice Regent of West Lampung from 2002-2007.
