MY Esti Wijayati (born June 17, 1968) is a politician from the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle as well as a Member of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia for three terms (2014-2019, 2019-2024, and 2024-2029). Vice Chair of Commission X of the House period 2024-2029, Chair of the DPP PDI Perjuangan. She was elected representing her electoral district as well as the Province of Special Region of Yogyakarta during three Legislative Elections (2014, 2019, and 2024). Esti is an alumnus of SMA II IKIP Pakem (SMA Negeri 1 Pakem) and Sanata Dharma University and has previously served as a Member of the Sleman Regional House of Representatives and a Member of the Special Region of Yogyakarta Regional House of Representatives for the previous term. For the period 2019-2024, she was placed in Commission X which handles education, libraries, youth, tourism, creative economy, and religion with partners including the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, and the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
