N. M. Dipo Nusantara Pua Upa, S.H., M.Kn. (born May 23, 1965) is a politician from Indonesia who serves as a member of the DPR-RI for the 2019–2024 period. He represents the electoral district of East Nusa Tenggara I, which includes Alor Regency, Lembata Regency, East Flores Regency, Sikka Regency, Ende Regency, Ngada Regency, Manggarai Regency, East Manggarai Regency, West Manggarai Regency, and Nagekeo Regency.
