Randi is the son of the couple Muhammad Rudi and Marlin Agustina Rudi. Muhammad Rudi serves as Head of BP Batam and Mayor of Batam as well as Chairman of the DPW Nasdem Party in Kepri. Meanwhile, Marlin Agustina Rudi is the Deputy Governor of Kepri. Randi is among the young politicians. His political career has a smooth path to Senayan. Randi attended SMAN 1 Batam from 2006 to 2009. He then continued his studies at Islamic University of Indonesia (UII) from 2013 to 2018. He married Intan Paramita Sari. Randi previously worked at PT Batamindo as Executive Village Assistant Deputy General Manager from 2018 to 2019.
