Rokhmin Dahuri (born November 16, 1958) is an academic, researcher, and expert in the field of marine and fisheries sciences in Indonesia. Dahuri is known for his contributions to the development of the marine and fisheries sector in Indonesia as well as his role in education and research in the field of water resource management. Rokhmin Dahuri was Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries in the Gotong Royong Cabinet. He received his bachelor’s degree in 1982 from the Faculty of Fisheries, Bogor Agricultural University and his doctorate from the School for Resources and Environmental Studies Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada in 1991.
