H. Rudi Hartono Bangun, S.E., M.A.P. (born May 17, 1977) is an Indonesian politician. He is a member of the North Sumatra Provincial Parliament for the period 2014—2015. He previously served as a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives from the Democratic Party for the period 2014—2018. Rudi served as the Chairman of the Langkat District Parliament for the period 2009—2014. Rudi is the biological son of former Chairman of the North Sumatra Provincial Parliament, Saleh Bangun. Rudi Hartono Bangun completed his elementary education at Ahamad Yani Private School in Binjai in 1989. He then continued his education at Ahmad Yani Private Junior High School in Binjai and graduated in 1992. In 1998, he completed his high school education from Taman Siswa Binjai, and in 2003 he graduated with a Bachelor's degree (S1) from STIE Taman Harapan, Medan, and completed his Master's degree (S2) from University of Medan Area in 2011.
