Rusdi Kirana (born August 17, 1963) is an entrepreneur from Indonesia and also the founder of Lion Air, which introduced low-cost flights to the people of Indonesia. He currently serves as the Deputy Chairman of the MPR RI 2024–2029. On January 19 2015, he was appointed by President Joko Widodo to be a member of the Presidential Advisory Council. In politics, since January 12 2014, he has served as the Deputy Chairman of the National Awakening Party. The Lion Air Group that he leads has become a company that encompasses several subsidiaries including Lion Air, Wings Air, Batik Air, Malindo Air, Thai Lion Air, and Super Air Jet. Source: Wikipedia
