Teungku Samsul Bahri Tiyong (born January 20, 1972) is an Indonesian politician and former fighter of Free Aceh Movement (GAM) who serves as a member of DPR-RI from the Golkar faction for the period 2024—2029. He also served as a member of DPRA from the Nanggroe Aceh Party fractor during 2019—2022. He was born on January 20, 1972, in Samalanga. Samsul Bahri Tiyong has been active in various organizations and political positions. He is a former member of the Free Aceh Movement (GAM) from 1999 to 2005 and served as the Commander of Region II GAM in Batee Iliek. After the conflict, he became involved in politics as the Secretary of the Bireuen Aceh Party DPW from 2007 to 2012, and then served as the Daily Chairman of the Nanggroe Aceh Party (PNA) from 2017 to 2022. In his legislative career, Samsul Bahri was elected as a member of the Aceh DPR for three terms, namely in 2009–2012, 2014–2019, and 2019–2022.
