Soedeson Tandra is a man born in Southeast Maluku who is involved in the legal world and specializes in bankruptcy law. His track record in the field of bankruptcy has been acknowledged with the establishment of the Indonesian Curator and Administrator Association (HKPI), which he leads and is officially registered with the Directorate General of General Law Administration (AHU) of the Ministry of Law & Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia.[2]

In addition to the legal field, Tandra is also active in political activities. His position as a Functionary of the Golkar Party of Central Papua strengthens his commitment to serve and convey the aspirations of the people of Central Papua on a national stage. With a background as a fellow 'eastern person', Tandra understands and can feel the desires and intentions of the people of Central Papua.[3]

Based on this, Tandra decided to nominate himself as a Candidate Member of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) for the Central Papua Province Electoral District with the aim of facilitating the conveyance of the aspirations of his electoral district communities.
