Teuku Zulkarnaini (born December 6, 1949), known by his nickname Ampon Bang, is a senior political figure and bureaucrat from Aceh. He has held several important positions, including serving as the Regent —starting as the Acting Regent of Nagan Raya (2002–2007) until being elected as the definitive Regent from 2007–2017—before ultimately being entrusted as a Member of the Indonesian House of Representatives representing Aceh I for the 2024–2029 period (). Teuku Zulkarnaini is a member of Golkar who has a background in regional government administration and legislative representation at the center.
