H. Totok Daryanto, S.E. (born May 6, 1954) has been a member of the Indonesian Parliament (DPR RI) since 2004 – 2019, serving as the General Treasurer of the National Mandate Party for the period 2020 – 2024. Totok graduated from the Faculty of Economics Universitas Gajayana Malang and is currently pursuing a master's degree in National Resilience at Universitas Gadjah Mada. His political career began in 1999 as a member of the Yogyakarta Provincial DPRD. Subsequently, for two terms (2004 – 2014), Totok Daryanto served as a member of the DPR RI from Dapil DIY and one term (2014 – 2019) as a member of the DPR RI from Dapil Malang Raya (Jatim V).
