Yohanis Fransiskus Lema, S.IP, M.Si. or Ansy Lema (born March 27, 1976) is an Indonesian politician Indonesia who serves as a member of the DPR-RI for the period 2019–2024. He represents the electoral district of Nusa Tenggara Timur II, which includes East Sumba Regency, West Sumba Regency, Central Sumba Regency, Southwest Sumba Regency, Sabu Raijua Regency, South Central Timor Regency, North Central Timor Regency, Belu Regency, Malaka Regency, Kupang Regency, Rote Ndao Regency, and Kupang City.
