Zulfikar Achmad (born May 17, 1946) is an entrepreneur and politician Indonesia who served as a member of DPR RI from the electoral district of Jambifor the periods of 2014–2019 and 2019–2024. In the 2024 Legislative Election, he was re-elected as a member of the DPR RI for his third term. Previously, Zulfikar served as Bupati Bungo for two terms from 2001 to 2011. He is known as the father of development in Kabupaten Bungo. Zulfikar Achmad's career experience in government includes serving as Bupati Bungo for two terms, 2001 – 2006 and 2006 – 2011. In 2010, Zulfikar Achmad was one of the Candidates for Governor of Jambi in the Jambi Gubernatorial Election. During his candidacy for the legislature in 2014, Zulfikar Achmad served as the Chairman of the Honorary Board (BK) of the Democratic Party of Jambi Province. Source: Wikipedia
