H. Zulkifli Anwar S.H (born June 19, 1955) is a businessman and the Regent of South Lampung Regency for the periods 2000-2005 and 2005-2010. Entering the world of politics and government, Zulkifli Anwar was entrusted as the Regent of South Lampung for two terms, namely from 2000–2005 and 2005–2010. After his tenure as a regional head, he continued his political career at the national level as a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives for the period 2010–2014. In the 2019 and 2024 elections, he was re-elected as a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives from the electoral district of Lampung I under the banner of the Democratic Party.
