Abdul Wahid is a man born on November 21, 1980, in Belaras and is known as a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives from the PKB faction in Riau II. Abdul attended education at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Model Bukit Tinggi from 1997 to 2000. He then continued his undergraduate education at Sultan Syarif Kasim State Islamic University of Riau (2005) and earned a master's degree from Riau University (2021).

SF Hariyanto is known as the Secretary of the Riau Province, born on April 30, 1965, in Pekanbaru. He attended education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (1976), SMPN 5 Pekanbaru (1980), and SMAN 1 Pekanbaru (1983). He then earned a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Islamic University of Riau in 1992, as well as a master's degree from the Islamic University of Indonesia in 2006.
