Andi Sumangerukka is a man born on March 11, 1963, in Ujung Pandang. The 61-year-old man has a background in defense and a quite extensive social and political experience. Hugua is a man born on December 31, 1961, in Usuku Tomia and is known as a member of the Indonesian Parliament (DPR RI). Hugua is also recognized by the public as a former Regent of Wakatobi. Before starting a career in politics, Hugua began his career as a Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant for Water Supply and Sanitation for Low-Income Communities (WSSPLIC) from 1997 to 1998. He also served as the President Commissioner of PT Patapulo Group from 2000 to 2005.
