Benhur Tomi Mano (born April 30, 1965) is an Indonesian bureaucrat and politician who served as Mayor of Jayapura for 2 terms from 2011–2016 and 2017–2022. Benhur previously served as the Head of Regional Revenue Department of Jayapura City. In his political role as Mayor of Jayapura, he is known for successfully increasing local revenue by up to eight times during his first term and developing Jayapura City, even though the city lacks many natural resources, unlike other regencies/cities in Papua. He also served as the Chairman of Persipura Jayapura, a football club in Jayapura. In this non-governmental position, he is famous for several of his actions, such as criticizing players and firing his coach, Peter Butler. Additionally, he once ultimatumed his team for their unstable performance in Away Matches.

Yermias Bisai
Deputy Regent of Waropen
Yermias Bisai is a man born in Wapoga, Papua on April 11, 1973. He has an educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Law (SH). In his political career, Yermias has served as a regional leader, namely the Regent of Waropen from 2016 to 2021 alongside his deputy Hendrik Wonatorei and from 2021 to 2026 alongside his deputy Lamek Maniagasi. As the Regent of Waropen, Yermias was supported by the Democratic Party. Furthermore, previously Yermias served as the Deputy Governor of Waropen from 2010 to 2015 accompanying Yesaya Buinei as Governor. Then, Yermias Bisai was elected as the Chairperson of the All-Indonesian Athletics Confederation (PASI) in Papua Province for the 2021-2025 term. He received the majority votes with 10 votes out of a total of 15 votes during the PASI Papua Provincial Congress in 2022. It was recorded in the announcement of the state officials' wealth report (LHKPN) on September 3, 2020, that Yermias Bisai had total assets amounting to Rp227,500,000 in 2010, Rp382,500,000 in 2015, and Rp1,330,650,000 in 2020. In 2024, with the political experience he has, Yermias is running as a candidate for the Deputy Governor of Papua, elected together with his gubernatorial candidate Benhur Tomi Mano in the 2024 Papua Provincial Election.
