Mawardi Yahya

Deputy Governor of South Sumatra (2018–2023)

Mawardi Yahya is a man born on March 2, 1958, in Sukaraja Baru and is known to the public as the Deputy Governor of South Sumatra for the period 2018-2023. He also served as the Chairman of the Ogan Ilir Regional Parliament from 1999 to 2004. He graduated from SD Sukaraja Baru (1971), SMP YP Kerja (1974), and STM Pertambangan LPTM, Palembang (1977). He then obtained a D3 degree from Sriwijaya University (1981) and a Bachelor's degree from Palembang University (1905). Mawardi has also served as the Regent of Ogan Ilir for two terms from 2005-2010 and 2010-2015. R.A. Anita Noeringhati

Chairperson of the South Sumatra Regional House of Representatives (2019–2024)

R.A Anita Noeringhati was born on July 28, 1963, in Klaten and is known as the Chairwoman of the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD. This 61-year-old woman started her career as a member of the South Sumatra DPRD. She graduated from Christian Elementary School 2 Klaten (1974), State Junior High School 2 Klaten (1977), and Klaten Shelter Senior High School (1981). She then earned her Bachelor's degree from Atmajaya University Yogyakarta (1988). Anita also pursued her Master's degree at Sriwijaya University in 2007 and is currently pursuing her Doctorate at Sultan Agung Islamic University Semarang in 2023. Source: liputan6.com
