Rusdy Mastura (born February 8, 1950) is the Governor of Central Sulawesi for the period 2021–2025. He previously served as Mayor of Palu for two terms from 2005–2010 and 2010–2015, as well as the Chairman of Palu City DPRD for two terms from 1999–2004 and 2004–2005. Rusdy was elected as Mayor of Palu in 2005, alongside Suardin Suebo, who was also a former Mayor of Palu. The duo could only last until 2008, after Suardin Suebo resigned due to his candidacy for Regent of Donggala. Suardin's position was taken over by Mulhanan Tombolotutu. In the 2010 Palu City elections, Rusdy re-partnered with Mulhanan and was re-elected as Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Palu. After being appointed as the Chairman of the DPD Golkar Party Donggala Regency, Rusdy stated that Golkar Donggala would advocate for the division of the area into three regions, namely North Donggala, Central Donggala and advocate for the parent regency to become an autonomous city. Born in Makassar on August 11, 1966, Sulaiman Agusto, or Major General TNI (Ret) Sulaiman Agusto Hambuako, S.IP., M.M, is a retired TNI Army officer. The last position of the two-star general was as the Expert Staff Officer Level III of the Army Chief of Staff in the Economic, Financial, and Trade fields in 2023. He was also trusted to serve as the Commander of Kodam XII/Tanjungpura by Army Chief of Staff General TNI Andika Perkasa from 2021-2023. Sulaiman Agusto previously held the position of Expert Staff in the Economic Sector at the Secretariat of the National Resilience Council, which he was appointed to in 2023. He began his military career after graduating from the Military Academy (Akmil) in 1988-B from the Cavalry branch. In his military career, Sulaiman Agusto has held several positions, including the Chief High Expert of the Army in the Legal Field (2018-2020), Geostrategy and Tannas Instructor TA Lemhannas (2020-2021), and Commander of the Cavalry Weapons Center of the Army Doctrine, Education, and Training Command (Danpussenkav Kodiklatad) (2021).
