H. Tonny Uloli, S.E., M.M. (born January 23, 1958) is the Deputy Governor of Gorontalo for the period 2010–2012. He is the deputy of the Governor of Gorontalo, Gusnar Ismail. The Minister of Home Affairs Gamawan Fauzi appointed Tonny Uloli on June 14, 2010, as the Deputy Governor of Gorontalo, replacing Gusnar Ismail, because Gusnar Ismail took office as the Governor of Gorontalo after Fadel Muhammad was appointed Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries.
